Reason- earlier there was slight rush in shop so when you ask for item's which are of low cost(in my case ₹50 for soup)they don't pay attention to you.Similar kinds of review I have seen on zomato and also experienced it.unfortunately I cannot go below 1 star rating because it is not available.Being shop owner these guys need to improve their behaviour.whatever rating they have now it is just because of Owner,his relatives,his friends rating.kindly check it if you don't believe.
