The chef at this restaurant cooks tasty masala dosa and good biryani. Guests don't highly appreciate tea at New Saravanas Hotel. From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is friendly here. I recently tried the New Saravanas Hotel in Aluva, known for its vegetarian food. I ordered their ghee roast, but it was just okay, not anything special. The curries like sambar and chutney were also average, and even the tea I had didn't stand out. The prices seemed a bit high compared to the food quality. The service was slow because the restaurant was busy, and we had to sit on the first floor since the ground floor was crowded. The place was clean, but I noticed some leftover items. It's easy to reach as it's right across from the Aluva railway station, but parking could be better. Overall, the New Saravanas Hotel didn't leave a strong impression. The food was decent but not outstanding, and the service and parking situation could be improved.
