(1/5) I had a very bad experience at The Breeze Hotel, Aluva. I ordered 3 chicken biriyanis priced at ₹160 each (total ₹480), but the food was not worth the price at all. There was no price-based taste—the biriyani was below average. The rice grains were very small, and the rice had a watery feel, which made it unpleasant to eat. The customer service was extremely poor. I called the serving staff twice, but they did not respond, even though they clearly saw and heard me. The toilet facilities were also unacceptable. There was no lock on the door, and the toilet was not clean, which is very disappointing for a restaurant. Overall, a poor experience in terms of food quality, service, and hygiene.
