Am not sure about the taste but the food menu is too costly All chicken starters are - 299/- in the hotel menu But in the google menu the prices are less Kindly update the menu in google or keep the same price as u displayed in google Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I’ve been a regular customer at Sarati Earth Kitchen for close to a year now, and my feedback is based on multiple visits, not a one-off experience. Food: The food is average. Nothing particularly bad, but nothing memorable either. Ambience: This is one of the stronger aspects of the place, especially the overall setup. Hospitality, however, is where the real issue lies. There is a staff member named Chandru, and unfortunately, his approach to customers is among the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had in a restaurant of this category. There is zero empathy, zero warmth, and no sense of service. The attitude comes across as if customers are being done a favour rather than being welcomed as paying guests. This issue is most noticeable in the outdoor seating area. Indoors, the experience is relatively better, but outdoors, interactions with this particular staff member make the visit uncomfortable and unwelcoming. He behaves as though he is above both customers and basic service standards. It’s honestly no surprise that Sarati has lost its garden area appeal, especially when you compare it to nearby competitors like Skye Resto Pub or Cabana Garden. Even though their food is also average, what makes people return is hospitality, attentiveness, and a genuinely welcoming attitude — something that is clearly missing here. P.S. I genuinely hope the management notices this feedback and either trains this staff member on basic hospitality or takes corrective action. If this continues unaddressed, the restaurant will continue to lose customers, and frankly, it already seems to be on that path. P.S.P.S. Ambience alone cannot compensate for poor hospitality.
