On 26th April, we ordered takeaway of two JAIN Italian Rice from Saras food Mahavir Nagar for a small family dinner. Upon opening and serving one plate we found a dead cockroach ? in the food. After contacting the hotel initially the owner Mr Bathija didn't agree to the fact and was arguing that it must be basil leaf. After escalating the issue and getting angry he immediately offers to just give a mere replacement of the food product without even being apologetic & trying to brush such a lapse in quality control under the rug. He was so ignorant about it as if it was a small error like not putting salt in it. Serving food infested with cockroach to Jain customers is really not acceptable.
