Most of the things are good. However, staff is trying to loot you if you are not careful. It was 7 PM and they were trying not to give you the 1+2 offer. When I insisted they pretend to check the time and said ok ok we will give. At the time of final billing they wrongly added the amount of extra beer which I didn't consume. I resist to pay then they correct the bill. It means if you are drunk then they definitely manipulate the bill and change you extra. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

One of the worst restaurants and bars. Our office team recently visited Saran Bar & Restaurant for a farewell party and had a rather disappointing experience. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, the service was exceedingly slow & pathetic, with our food taking over an hour to arrive. When it did finally come, the dishes did not match their menu descriptions. We ordered fruit juice and they served Frooti and forced us to manage with that. They served Cold drinks in normal condition and when we raised a complaint regarding this they said that it only gets as cold as this. The concept was good but the execution is not up to the mark. On a positive note, the ambiance was pleasant and the decor was quite appealing. However, the long wait and the quality of the food overshadowed these positives. I suggest the restaurant focuses on improving service speed and kitchen quality control. While my visit was not satisfactory, I hope these issues are addressed for future patrons.
