*WARNING* Pathetic Experience Went to Saran Bar and Restaurant with friends. It wasn’t our first time. Earlier Mr Anil was the manger and he was such a nice person. But this time we observed that he wasn’t here and now they have new untrained staff and specially Govind who is so called new manager who is very rude and misbehaved with us. And they tried to over charge us considering that we are drunk. It is advisable that you should not visit this place. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the worst restaurants and bars. Our office team recently visited Saran Bar & Restaurant for a farewell party and had a rather disappointing experience. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, the service was exceedingly slow & pathetic, with our food taking over an hour to arrive. When it did finally come, the dishes did not match their menu descriptions. We ordered fruit juice and they served Frooti and forced us to manage with that. They served Cold drinks in normal condition and when we raised a complaint regarding this they said that it only gets as cold as this. The concept was good but the execution is not up to the mark. On a positive note, the ambiance was pleasant and the decor was quite appealing. However, the long wait and the quality of the food overshadowed these positives. I suggest the restaurant focuses on improving service speed and kitchen quality control. While my visit was not satisfactory, I hope these issues are addressed for future patrons.
