I've been there twice now, and I've ordered multiple times in Kolkata from them. Even I'm not a huge fan of Bengali cuisine itself, their dishes made me love it. Must try items are their Fish fry, Mangsher Ghoti Gorom alongside their refreshing Kacha Aamer Shorbot. The atmosphere is very nostalgic and perfect for a family lunch. Their services always good even if there's a rush. Saptapadi Restaurant offers an authentic and delightful Bengali dining experience. From the moment I entered, the warm and traditional ambiance made me feel right at home. The food is exceptional; I especially loved the Chingri Malai Curry and Kosha Mangsho. Each dish was rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The prices are quite reasonable, around ₹800 per person. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made excellent recommendations. For vegetarians, there are plenty of delicious options like Aloo Posto and Shorshe Bhapa Begun. The vegetarian dishes are just as flavorful and well-prepared. Parking is convenient, with plenty of spaces available nearby. Overall, dining at Saptapadi Restaurant was a fantastic experience. Whether you're a fan of Bengali cuisine or trying it for the first time, this restaurant is a must-visit.
