Most rude and fraudulent staff. Purchased food at Srinagar airport outlet near boarding gate 5. Paid for my order through UPI. Transaction showing as successful and even account statement reflecting the same. Yet they were forcing me to pay again saying they have not received payment confirmation. They even tried to intimidate me and threatened me. I held my ground and refused to pay again till they finally relented. The chicken sandwich I ordered had almost no chicken and the bread was stale. Got Cheated at Cafe 2.0 at Mumbai CST Airport near Gate 50 departure counter, was made to pay twice for 1 item. As per them I paid out of turn without them generating the code for upi payment, later was made to pay against the code assuring refund for initial paid amount as there was no charge against it. Till date never received the refund of Rs. 900/- Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
