The room service and food at this hotel were excellent. The location was convenient for Uber access. I especially want to commend the front office staff, Mr. Sachin and Mr. Praveen, for their kindness and prompt assistance with all our needs. Service: 5

Writing this review from the room because it's a nightmare. If you want to stay in a matchbox with blaring noise from pubs only then dare to book. Their standard rooms are HORRIBLE. Service: 1

We are from South Africa, where hotel standards is everything. After checking all the hotels around Belfour CBD No other hotel beats the standards, cleaneness and safety sapphire Boutique Hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed here with my family for a month. Service: 5
