The banana leaf thali is a revelation: delicate, perfectly spiced curries that don’t overwhelm the palate, crisp papads, tangy rasam, and rice so fragrant you could eat it plain. The podi idlis arrive warm, buttery, and nutty — comfort food elevated to elegance.
