Got delivered after 1hr, quality is very poor

Food was prepared 7 minutes earlier against the standard preparation time, since the delivery partner arrived 15 minutes delayed at outlet, order not reached you at the correct time.Kindly share the issues that forces you to give us 1 star rating and calling our food of poor quality, so that we can improve it.

Approx. 850 - 900 ml of dish has been served to you including 7 Pieces of Chicken (against the listed 6 Pieces in menu) and Sir, these things I have told you, when you called me yesterday, over telephone. As far as the taste is concern, apologise for not meeting upto your expectations.
