Santrupti is like a second home to us. Their food and hospitality never disappoints anyone. We usually dine or get food delivered from here. Their service is top-notch and the food is really delicious. If anyone's looking for vegetarian options in and around Porur / Ramapuram area, this is the place to go to. completely disgusted with their attitude especially their Manager Shashi who did all the sweet talking before the event and full of promises and then I was overcharged on my Banquet Hall booking which happened on 21st April evening and I was overcharged by 2000 rupees and no response and they refused to reply to my WA messages and also did not attend my call - subsequently I've received a WA confirmation that they would REFUND the amount if I wanted and even upon confirmation of same and subsequent follow up have still not received the money and no response thus far - look's like they're good at cheating their customers - please avoid this place if possible, will keep you guy's posted on the developments if any - I'm escalating this to the consumer complaints department and will also take it up legally if forced, to collect my refund amount
