Today, my mother and I visited Santosham at Jambli Naka. We ordered the masala dosa, uttapa, and idli, but unfortunately, the food wasn't fresh. The bhaji in the masala dosa tasted stale, and the sambar was subpar. We informed the staff about the sambar issue, but they didn't take any action. This is surprising since we had a great experience when we visited a couple of times when it first opened. The quality and taste were much better then. Today I visited your Santosham Jambhali Naka, Thane shop to place a walk-in order. When I initially approached the counter to place my order, the staff member ignored me. After waiting for about 5–10 minutes, he informed me that the shop is not accepting walk-in orders and is only serving through Swiggy and Zomato. Additionally, the counter staff’s response was quite arrogant, which left a very unpleasant experience. If walk-in customers are not being entertained, I would request you to kindly display a clear notice at the order window to avoid inconvenience. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Service: 1
