Many of them who have tasted Santosh Misal Pav in Sai Nagar, Vasai (W) will agree with me that the taste of Misal Pav which you get there do not find anywhere else, I have tasted Misal Pav at many places in Vasai & other places too, but the taste of Santosh Misal Pav is completely diffrent & delicious from the rest. His Misal Pav is very old in Vasai, As far as I have been eating Misal couple from him many years back I do remember he used to make Misal Pav on a (Rekdi) just before his shop where the macchiwalis sit he & his wife they both used to really work hard to serve us this Delicious Authentic Misal Pav, & their hard work really paid off when their popularity of misal pav increased rapdily from kids to Old Age people everybody started liking it & on they other hand the shifting from Rekdi to his current Shop where it is now also happened with their tremoundous Hard work, Efforts, Maintaining the quality & taste of the Misal Pav the same as it was before. When we go to his shop we need to climb the stairs which take us few minutes to reach inside to enjoy the authentic misal pav but Santosh with his hard work & Dedication took many years to climb those stairs & reach to that place right from the Rekdi on the Road to having a shop of his with his helpers working hard to serve the taste of their misal pav. Very Happy to see the way he has progressed where 20 yrs back there was no proper place to sit & have to stand & eat misal Pav on his Rekdi today you get all the possible facilties at his shop with other dishes then misal pav which are tasty, delicious & Authentic too. Hope Santosh Misal continues to serve for many more years and the numbers keeps on getting added to enjoy his tasty misal pav.
