Santosh Family Dhaba kondapur – Rotten Takeaway & Zero Standards Ordered takeaway from Santosh Family Dhaba and it was an absolute disaster. The curry was rotten and smelled foul, and the curd rice had such a bad sour smell it was clearly spoiled. When I complained, they gave me replacements — but even the second round was just as bad. This isn’t a one-off mistake; it’s a complete lack of hygiene and quality control. Their “no refund” policy only adds insult to injury — they get to serve rotten food and keep your money. I would put negative rating, if there is an option. My entire family got sick, food poison - yesterday having lunch at this place. Kaju paneer was oily, over spicy and no kaju at all. Veg rice - uncooked beans, carrots etc. One kid threw up later in evening, one kid had loose motion, wife got sick including me!! What more can I say. Previously once I went here at that time the food was very bad but once again Today I went it was a good experience. They have improved alot and taste wise is also very good. Highly Recommended for this Santosh Dhaba Exclusive.
