WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please read carefully. We ordered a Jain Pizza. We asked which would be the best option. We ordered the suggested pizza but it came out to be tasteless. 0% taste. It was fully drab in taste. We couldn't even finish one single slice of it. We asked if they could cancel it (which most of the hotels would have probably done), but they kept on rejecting. They were saying that our staff cannot bear the loss of cancellation. Told us that they could only modify it if we want. Made us pay for a pizza that we did not even like a little bit. Definitely won't recommend this cafe to anyone else. If you accidentally visit this cafe, keep in mind that whatever you order, will not be cancelled once prepared, no matter how it tastes (according to them). 0 stars. We ordered the chargrilled red pumpkin tom kha soup, but unfortunately the soup contained plastic pieces and hard threads. This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor quality control. Serving food with foreign materials is unsafe and shows negligence. Extremely disappointed with the standards maintained. Meal type: Lunch
