I'm a very old customer of yours i ordered many items from your resturant branch salt lake but this time it was a horrible taste I've ordered asian non veg bowl it taste so bad noo chicken was there it was not even juice..the rice was not boiled properly...i know the taste of item....but this time it was horrible... very very disappoint

I am a regular customer of Santa Delivers New Alipore outlet..Though they serves quality good food but they must be more sensitive towards customers.....Approach could be better being represented at national platform . Sometimes they put too much oil in food sometimes it is balanced....Ordered egg curry, Basanti pulao combo quality is good but inspite of requests they made the egg curry really oily....I have to throw some oil by spoon. When told them they justified their acts saying making less oilier is not possible...Unproffessional approach. Being 'Shark Tank' representative they should make better approach towards customers. Food: 2 Service: 2
