Most worst chicken roll I ever had. Very less amount of chicken pieces (Taken from other chicken main course pieces), full of bitter onions and capsicum and the paratha was pathetic. Spending so much money for packaging, instead of preparing good quality food is more important. Just a horrible experience. Don't order their Chicken Roll.

I am a regular customer of Santa Delivers New Alipore outlet..Though they serves quality good food but they must be more sensitive towards customers.....Approach could be better being represented at national platform . Sometimes they put too much oil in food sometimes it is balanced....Ordered egg curry, Basanti pulao combo quality is good but inspite of requests they made the egg curry really oily....I have to throw some oil by spoon. When told them they justified their acts saying making less oilier is not possible...Unproffessional approach. Being 'Shark Tank' representative they should make better approach towards customers. Food: 2 Service: 2
