According to the clients' reviews, Chinese dishes here are tasty and the menu is well-organized. Here you will be offered nicely cooked butter chicken, paneer and cheese naans. Good coffee or great lemonade are the best drinks of this restaurant.
It's easy to find Santa Delivers due to the great location. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Terrific service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. According to the guests' opinions, prices are low. The exotic atmosphere does not attract guests. This is a fraud cloud kitchen, they are running discounts on Zomato, but the deliver was at wrong time, half portion was delivered even when full was ordered and the veg manchurian were hard like rock. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The menu picture on Swiggy vs the real picture of delivered items. Paid Rs 298 for this joke. Greedy fraud of a restaurant. No response when I called restaurant and complained. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am a regular customer of Santa Delivers New Alipore outlet..Though they serves quality good food but they must be more sensitive towards customers.....Approach could be better being represented at national platform . Sometimes they put too much oil in food sometimes it is balanced....Ordered egg curry, Basanti pulao combo quality is good but inspite of requests they made the egg curry really oily....I have to throw some oil by spoon. When told them they justified their acts saying making less oilier is not possible...Unproffessional approach. Being 'Shark Tank' representative they should make better approach towards customers. Food: 2 Service: 2
