Hi all, this Santa Banta da dhaba people are real frauds. I had made an order from “Santa Banta Da Dhaba” Indirapuram, Ghaziabad at 10:28 pm. I received my order on time and we were really hungry. When I opened the packet, the breads which includes (2 rotis and 2 lachha paranthas) were missing. We felt so bad that in that hunger situation our ordered food items are missing and it was around 11:15 pm something. I immediately called the restaurant owner then he quickly asked me to add delivery boy on the conference call (he gave me the delivery boy’s number). On that call both started blaming each other then in between I requested them saying ‘it’s ok leave it what happened, now please deliver me the missing items from my order as it’s too late and we are really hungry’. The delivery boy and the restaurant owner both agreed on this. Then after waiting for around 1 and half hour I ordered something else from somewhere else and raised my concerns on the Zomato app on which your virtual assistant contacted the restaurant and said, ‘mam they will deliver your missing items’. I asked him to refund my amount for the missing items as I have already ordered the food again from Swiggy and till now I haven’t received the missing items from my order as what even your virtual assistant said and not even the refund of the missing items. Also, when we tried to contact him after waiting so long he didn’t picked it up. Fakes and frauds !!
