We savored classics like the perfectly sweet puranpoli, the savory and satisfying thalipeeth, and the comforting varan bhat. Each dish was a testament to the region's culinary heritage. A special mention must go to the aamras, which was simply divine, bursting with the natural sweetness of ripe mangoes. It was a perfect ending to our already amazing meal. One of the most captivating aspects of our dining experience was observing elderly ladies skillfully preparing rotis in the traditional manner.
