Worst experience Our visit to Sanman Restaurant on Saturday, October 21st was a complete disappointment, and it left us all with a heavy heart. A group of five of us chose this well-known establishment and ordered the surmai thali. To our dismay, the fish was served cold, which was a major letdown. The most disheartening part of the experience was when we approached the billing counter to address the issue. The staff's utter lack of response, their frozen expressions, and their silence left us feeling ignored and unimportant. It was a truly pathetic experience, and we left with a profound sense of disappointment and regret. Our hard-earned money felt wasted on this visit. I can only implore you, from the depths of my disappointment, to avoid this place at all costs. It's an emotional letdown that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.
