Food poisoning :- On a sunday afternoon where we thought we would enjoy our afternoon seafood meal, it turned out to be an absolute disaster for all the 6 of us ! We all were down with dysentery and vomiting the very same evening and kept going for 2 days !Please avoid eating here ! The food was stale and unhygienic also a lot of flies at and around the restaurant.

Food was good and authentic. Have to park a bit away from the restaurant. There is 10 to 15 minutes of waiting time before seating. In all a good experience. I visited Sanman restaurant for the first time ever in Alibaug and it surprised me! This place is renowned for its seafood where we had an absolutely amazing meal here. The Surmai Thali was perfect, the Chicken Wade was incredible, and the Prawns Fry was top-notch. The Bombil Fry was crispy and flavorful, hitting all the right notes. The Tisrya Masala was packed with flavor—the masala was just the right balance of spice and taste, perfectly complementing the seafood. Every dish was bursting with authentic coastal flavors, making it a memorable dining experience. We wrapped up our lunch with plenty of Solkadhi, which was the perfect refreshing finish. Yes, there’s a waiting line, but it’s absolutely worth it! Highly recommend this legendary spot for anyone visiting Alibaug.
