Sankalp is renowned for its authentic taste of South Indian Food. It is a very nice family restaurant. Balotra is not a very big city so the branch of Sankalp here is smaller one. The varieties of Dosas they serve are exotic. So many varieties of Chutneys are also amazing. Very tasty sambhar. Overall the food is tasty.
