We visited Sankalp Food Cafe in Gondal and tried their South Indian dishes, which were really good—authentic flavors and well-prepared. He use amul cheese and butter. However, the Chinese and Punjabi items were just average in taste. The service was decent, and the ambiance was comfortable. Overall, a good place if you’re craving South Indian food, but other cuisines could be improved.
