This place really made me rethink about the quality and standards being set at Sankalp Restaurant. What happened to the size of dosa, the taste, the servings? The food being served in brass plates is now being served in cheap white plastic plates which are smaller than your palm’s length. The triple folded dosas are now just simple rolled dosa too small to fill your stomach and the masala is extra? What model is Sankalp planning to implement? Is this a Franchise or Original Sankalp?
