Sanjeevani was a good experience. We dined there multiple times. Twice for dinner and twice for breakfast. Taste and the environment is good. It is just opposite to the beach like many other restaurants. The food was good. We ordered Chappathi, rice and Fish moily Idli, appam, egg dosa, All were good. The veg stew which they serve with appam is something different and worth trying.! Price per person: ₹2,000+

I have spent two months so far in Kovallum and this restaurant is one of the best. The location is prime for sun sets, the food is excellent and the staff, friendly, fun and helpful. We arranged a going away party two nights ago for friends and they handled 30 guests with no problems at all, we had half of the restaurant blocked off for us, balloons and tables set up with heart shaped petals. The local fisherman provided a freshly cooked Kingfish which was cooked and served up perfectly for 30 of us. I highly recommend dinning here are just chilling out with a tea watching the sun go down. ***** Vegetarian options: Loads of vegetarian options available. Kid-friendliness: Kids were more than welcome and looked after accordingly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sea Food

Horrible food!!! I went with my family to Sanjeevni restaurant and we ordered Butter Garlic Lobster.. It was tasteless and they have just boiled it and brought it start out from the vessel.. It had a stinking half cooked smell.. They said that it is how they prepare.. If this is the way then Guys please don't waste your money... They can cheat the tourists and charge them high.. For the Indians, guys you can go to Varkala cliff restaurants or any other restaurants elsewhere for tasty and worthy seafood..
