Our business has been operating since 1950, and we take pride in providing quality service to all our customers. The situation you described is quite unusual for us, especially considering that your group of three was seated comfortably in our clean and pleasant environment. Furthermore, despite our policy clearly stating that we are a self-service establishment, our staff attended to your table. Regarding your order, we understand you chose our most affordable dish. However, repeated requests for extra servings of golgappa water, beyond the standard portion provided with a ₹30 plate, and additional complimentary items like papdi for three people can significantly impact the sustainability of our small, family-run business. We kindly request our customers to be mindful of this, as we also have our own expenses to manage. We value all our customers and strive to create a positive experience for everyone.
