I was travelling to Shangri-la Gokarna with my family and reached there by 8pm on 26th Dec. At the time of booking we were told that parking was available. But on reaching there they told us to carry our luggage and come down to their resort which was nearly 500m away from the road. It wasn't possible for me and my aged parents to carry the luggages and go down to the resort in a dark place. No one from the resort came up to help us inspite of asking them repeatedly. They told us to park our vehicle on the roadside and let our driver sleep there. Hence we had to cancel our 4 days 5 nights stay. I had to give an amount of Rs 36000 for 5 of us out of Rs 48000 to do a booking for 2 rooms. Now on begging repeatedly for the deposited money i got a refund of Rs 13000. Deluxtay have done a fraud and is not even ready to refund the rest of my hard earned money as they are not accepting that they have cheated on us.
They are not at all willing to refund me more than that.

This place is really good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. It's price is around 2000/- per room per night. Food is really very tasty. We stayed for 2 nights. The staff are also friendly.

One of the best place in kudle beach and the guys s best and fantastic....rooms r kept clean nd neat compare to others beach rooms..I came here for the 1st time and I enjoyed the best time with my girlfriend foods r very delicious and perfect for south Indians people..if any one coming for 1st time arrive here with in day time finally the best restaurant and beat time to spend here for 3days tq shangri-la cafe and rooms.i don't no the name of the people here but thank you for all the people here made the 2days best for to me and to my girl
