Sangram Ji Ka Dhaba looks more like a tiny restaurant rather than a dhaba. The prices though are that of a genuine dhaba, the food quality however is that of a restaurant. Located on a quiet corner of the Mall Road, away from the over-pricey main drag, it has both outdoor seating for sunny days as well as a small indoor space. The chef-proprietor is friendly, and you can watch your meal getting ready. The mixed vegetables and rajmah I ordered was delicious. The rotis fluffy. The place fills up fast, so one can't linger over one's food. Highly recommended for value-for-money meals. Vegetarian options: Rice dishes for the gluten-averse. Vegetarian food for the vegans. Please tell the chef to avoid cheese or butter. Parking: The dhaba is on a pedestrian-only road. There's a municipal parking lot on Cart Road below, from where you can take the Mall Lift up to Mall Road. The dhaba is about 70m to the right of the Lift exit. Kid-friendliness: Family-friendly place. Wheelchair accessibility: At street-level so wheelchairs can be rolled up to the outdoor tables under a sun awning.
