Today 17th October morning around 8.40 am i have visited Poonamallee Sangeetha for my breakfast. I have ordered idli and dosa. Irrespective person name called Ashok who took my order missed to update dosa in KOT so idli only came. I finished and waiting for dosa but didn't served so I asked him again then, he told server to bring dosa. The way he treated me is like i came to eat in charity. I have visited many times but this person Ashok don't have manners felt very embarassed and felt bad. Not to visit next time for any occasion. While giving the bill that is also not in proper way. Just kept on banana leaf were I had my food. Kindly take action against the person mentioned in this review. I have paid for the food and service. But what if the service provided is not good. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

Coffee@ Rs. 42/-per cup is too much and probably highest in India.Hand wash is dirty and unhealthy.Taps fitted to wash basin rotates and not firmly fitted. Ambience not commemorate to the rates charged for food items.Menu card with rates is not provided to customers
