We had our lunch on 14th of Feb 2026, at first we have ordered for paneer fried rice and veg biriyani but eventually they have got normal fried rice and mushroom rice ( which was cold) we then queried and exchanged with the actual order , and then we ordered chilli parotta , when they bought it the box was mixed with some white rice , we found that only after pouring all those pieces down. And also some pieces of chilli parotta was not fried too , it was not upto the par. We have had lunch and dinner here for almost 8 years this has never ever happened before , I kindly ask the management to do the needful Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I want to highlight the exceptional service of Vasanth Raj, who truly transformed our experience today. When we arrived, we were waiting for a table, and the section nearby was completely empty. After I approached him, he immediately took charge with impressive clarity and confidence. He opened an entirely new section for us, switched on the air-conditioning, kept the windows open for proper ventilation, and ensured we were comfortable. Since the team hadn’t arrived yet, he personally served our table without a second thought. Within minutes, his efficiency and leadership brought the space to life — the once-empty section was suddenly filled with guests and supported by a fully active service team. Watching him handle the situation with such presence of mind, professionalism, and initiative was genuinely remarkable. This review isn’t about the food or the ambience — it is purely to appreciate his outstanding management skills. Employees like him are rare, and he is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the establishment. Coffee@ Rs. 42/-per cup is too much and probably highest in India.Hand wash is dirty and unhealthy.Taps fitted to wash basin rotates and not firmly fitted. Ambience not commemorate to the rates charged for food items.Menu card with rates is not provided to customers
