Dragon fruit - I never had this kind of drink, this was something out of the box and yes it was Amazing, definitely a must try drink. I must say. Yummmyyyy
Carbon kala khatta - Kala khatta lovers should try this out, you cannot miss this. Highly recommend it.
Saif's die hard - Highly recommend it. Presentation is this drink was outstanding. It had strawberry pure, passion fruit syrup, orange juice, lime juice, crushed ice and topped with 60 ml Smirnoff bottle. Amazingggg!
Food
Pataya paneer - paneer chuck tossed with garlic and lemon, ginger and coconut milk. Paneer chunks were crispy, I loved it. For vegetarians this is the best dish you can order here.
Schezwan cheese ball - Best cheese balls I ever had, good proportion of cheese, schezwan sauce, spring onions. Properly fried and watered with mayo.
Carbon chicken nachos - This was the best dish here, highly recommend it. As the name suggest carbon nachos, nachos were black in colour. It was not dry. It was served in a glass which was amazing.
Chicken keema tacos - I am a taco lover and every taco lover will love this definitely. Chicken keema tasted really good, and yes it was mouth watering.
Fish koliwada / hot garlic chilli - Definitely a must try for fish lovers.
Carbon chicken pizza - activated with charcoal infused based pizza, something new, topped with hot garlic chicken, pizza sauce, onions.
Paneer makhani fries - fries were very crispy with paneer and paneer makhani gravy in it. Must try.
Butter chicken fries - highly recommend it. This fries is for butter chicken lovers. I loved it.
Dessert
Sizzling brownie - perfect end to a meal, Bestttt! In some places sizzling brownie is not on point, sometime ice cream is melted, sometimes the brownies is very hard, but here it was just perfect.
