They don’t even deserve a single star. Room and location is fine but your experience at a place becomes better when the staff and service is good. Here, they were rude and disrespectful. We were in a group of 25 people and we have train at night so they gave us a room but refused us to stay and use the washroom!!! They charged for every single thing and asking to clear the bill while we were eating. it was such a bad experience as we came here for peace and fun and it was even more pathetic! Service: 1

Had a wonderful stay at this resort. Nice spacious room with all amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was absolutely brilliant. Right on the beach and with many nice restaurants nearby. Food at the resort restaurant was also really nice. Will definitely be back soon Service: 5

I would like to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your property. While the location was convenient, the overall experience was highly unsatisfactory. Firstly, we were not informed that the restaurant operates differently from room service. Despite booking directly with the hotel, there was no mention that restaurant bills must be paid separately, much like in a regular restaurant. This lack of clarity caused significant confusion and detracted from our stay. The staff, unfortunately, were rude and unprofessional, which made the atmosphere quite cold. Their behavior was not suited to hospitality, and this negatively impacted our overall impression. We were even denied basic requests, such as a beer glass, because of concerns that it might break. The lack of coordination between housekeeping and restaurant services was frustrating, as we were constantly asked to communicate between different teams, which ruined the experience of trying to relax. With no amenities nearby, we were left to deal with these challenges, making the stay even more disappointing. In my opinion if you looking for relaxing and chilling vacation this is not the place.
