Dear Mam, We apologize for our service. We are currently short staffed and very busy. We love our customers and we never intentionally slow down the service for too long. It is very easy to leave a review on Google because at that time the restaurant cannot do much except reply to you. We serve Malvani food to our customers. When it comes to Malvani food, its taste is not the same everywhere, because each person has a different taste in their hand. Some like it less spicy, while others like it more spicy. Every person who comes to us has a different taste. But we always take care to give it the perfect taste. We prepare our fish in the traditional tawa fry method, waiting for 20-25 minutes, some places deep fry the fish but we tawa fry the fish. Even at home, it takes 15-20 minutes in tawa fry method, so its quality and taste are different. Hope you understand.
