Online on Swiggy these guys shows something different and deliver something different. My own experience when I have ordered papdi chat in which bhalla was missing though it was mentioned on the app that it is there in the papdi chat. After i raised the complainant they didn't entertain me. So their customer support is not good. Atleast you could have accept your mistake. After talking to the branch from where I have ordered they told me to talk to their regional head. I was like comeon "ek bhalla ke liye main kaha kha challau".
