The prices are updated and they are slightly higher. We ordered two starters, rotis, two gravies and two types of rice. The experience wasn't good and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. They informed us that the gravies were not a self preparation but cooked using the readymade masala packets available in response to their super spicy vindaloo.
Calamari crispy fry: A very basic version of crispy calamari with mayo.
Prawn chilli fry: Prawns with a thick batter coating chilly fried. Not impressive.
Chicken Vindaloo: The spicest vindaloo I have ever eaten. All of us had their eyes watering. No remorse for serving such spicy food. The justification only made me regret my decision of visiting the restaurant.
Chicken cafreal: Good is taste but it didn't taste like the authentic cafreal I have eaten in other restaurants.
The rotis were very crisp. Not something I would prefer eating with gravies.
Spinach and Jeera rice. Good, no negative comments about this rice.
Shark Ambotik was not available.
The place is located on start of Palolem bazzar strip. Fortunately has couple of parking spots for car.
A special fish thali will make your day, which has fish fry, fish curry, vegetables and rice. The thali is wholesome and you will feel good after classic meal.
You must try Goan Prawns chilly, and chicken xacuti on the sides.
The order takes time as everything is made to order but you can spend time with chillers.
Ambiance is really average. Must be changed to attract more crowd.
