Experiencing this outlet for the first time. Decent place in Mugappair. The ambience is good. As usual, the standard of food is excellent. However, I wish to highlight a few personal opinions. Being a weekend, the crowd was reasonably high, and the service was not up to the expectation. Though sufficient manpower and supervisors were available, it lacked coordination and a little bit of confusion among the team in serving. Too much of noisy movements of the staff. Maybe efforts can be taken to sort this out, which will make the experience much better.
