I had a terrible experience with this hotel’s customer service. I called to ask about the menu, and the person who answered was extremely rude. Instead of providing basic information, he bluntly said he couldn’t share the menu over the phone and then hung up on me! Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how poor their actual service must be. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Service: 1
