Disappointing Experience at Samarth Krupa Farm, Palghar We were excited to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a two-night stay at Samarth Krupa Farm, Palghar, along with my husband and daughter. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service, unprofessional staff, and lack of maintenance. Check-in Experience – Upon arrival, no one seemed to care about assisting us. We had to request them to check us in, and even then, the staff simply asked us to follow them while we carried our own luggage. Food Quality & Service – The first meal was a disaster. The lunch served was leftover food from the previous night. When we asked for dry chicken, they told us it was finished. We waited over 20 minutes for chapatis, but no one attended to us. After complaining to the owner, she assured us it wouldn’t happen again, so we decided to give them another chance as we had no other options. Dinner & Breakfast – Dinner was fresh, likely because many guests had complained about lunch. Breakfast the next day was just average. The resort was crowded due to a school picnic, which made the experience even worse. Poor Maintenance & Facilities – The resort was not well-maintained, and many activities were in bad condition. Rude Staff & Early Dinner Pressure – On the second night, our family was the only one at the resort. While we were playing in the play area around 8:50 PM, the staff asked us to have dinner. My husband told them we’d eat later, around 10 PM, as dinner timings were from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM. However, at 9:05 PM, they returned, insisting we eat early so they could finish their work. When we refused, they started turning off the play area lights, indirectly forcing us to have dinner. When my husband tried to complain to the management, the lady in charge was unavailable, and her phone was switched off. Safety Concerns – We booked a jacuzzi room for our daughter, but it turned out to be unsafe. When we switched on the jacuzzi light, there was an electrical issue, which could have been very dangerous. Luckily, my husband checked it beforehand, preventing a possible accident. Health Issues – The food quality was so poor that we had stomach issues from the first night itself. Final Verdict – The staff was rude, the food was terrible, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I anyone is planning to go to this resort we don't recommend especially for night stay they can go for one day picnic. Service: 1
