A lot of people say that waiters offer perfectly cooked chicken here. Unfortunately, if you look through the guests' comments, the staff is accommodating at Samargarh Resorts & Hotels. Most visitors have noticed that the service is decent. This place hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

This marriage hall is a complete nightmare and should be avoided at all costs. From start to finish, everything was badly mismanaged and caused nothing but stress and embarrassment. Food: Absolutely horrible. Poor quality, tasteless, unhygienic, and served cold. Many guests complained about the food, and some even skipped eating. Items promised during booking were missing, and the serving staff was careless and rude. Ambiance: Very dull, outdated, and poorly maintained. The hall looked nothing like what was shown during booking. Lights were malfunctioning, decorations were substandard, and the overall atmosphere felt cheap and neglected. Definitely not suitable for a wedding. Parking: Worst parking arrangement ever. No proper space, no guidance, no security. Guests had to struggle to park their vehicles, leading to arguments and chaos outside the hall. Staff & Management: Extremely unprofessional and arrogant. Once the payment was done, they stopped caring completely. Staff was untrained, unhelpful, and spoke rudely when asked for basic support. Management refused to take responsibility for any issues and kept giving excuses. Trouble & Mismanagement: Constant disturbances throughout the function—poor coordination, delays, confusion, and zero crowd control. Instead of enjoying the occasion, we were busy handling problems created by the hall itself.

The rooms were kinda ok. Service was subpar, practically nonexistent . Don't plan your wedding here
