Shillong is remiss of quality bakeries and Samanbha Bakery is no exception. Strictly average cakes, biscuits and other confectioneries. I’m puzzled as to how this place has garnered so much fanfare. Either the reviews are not genuine or the bar is set real low. On the flip side there is massive potential for a quality competitor to dominate the market in Shillong.
