This review is about staff and security behavior, not the food (8/02/2026 in between 7-8pm) Two days ago, I came on my bike to the designated bike-parking area between Alzad and Samak. I was only checking for space near Alzad, which is a common parking spot. I had no intention of parking in front of Samak. Despite this, the security guard behaved in a humiliating and dismissive manner, making me feel as if I had done something wrong without even asking or clarifying. Instead of resolving the misunderstanding, a staff member wearing Samak’s uniform joined the situation and escalated it, telling me to “take your bike and leave.” This was said in a disrespectful tone that no customer deserves. I tried to explain, but the staff member chose confrontation over professionalism. I only raised my voice because I was being spoken to without respect. This kind of attitude reflects extremely poor training. A food business should never treat people this way. After this incident, I will not be returning, and neither will my family. We had dinner here with our family and it was a nice experience. The fish we ordered was a good size, and the price varies depending on the season and the size of the fish, which is fair. I tried the tawa-style fish, and it was really delicious – well cooked, flavorful, and fresh. The taste was excellent. Overall, a good place for a family dinner, especially if you enjoy seafood.
