Authentic !!! One of the most famous places for authentic pav bhaji around this area. They also serve other chats like Pani Puri, Sev Puri, etc. Although a small place, it's often crowded with people, especially the ones who are loyal to this place. Pricing is reasonable IMO, and the quality is also good.
