My regular order is mostly a Tandoori chicken and some gravy. While the TC is pretty decent, i have an issue with the quality of oil & even the meat that they use in their dishes. It just doesn't is up to the mark. They cook is pretty well in fact and if they improve the quality they can do quite well.
Yesterday i ordered Mutton Kadhai and it was just not right. The mutton pieces were half cooked however i was eating it too late to even complaint about that but as a customer you would expect basics to be right. Now, if i give that feedback to Foodpanda all they can do is give me a refund, but that won't help the cause so if the management is reading this, kindly correct the minute issues & you'll be sorted.
Thanks. I will still keep ordering the Tandoori Chicken though.. ;)
