Good, I request you to maintain the same quality of food. The food was decent I had the burger which was tasty but a bit dry. Service was a little slow even though the place wasn’t too crowded. The decor is nice, but the music was a bit too loud. Unpleasant Experience – Disappointing Service I visited this restaurant today with high expectations, but the service was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the waiter asked me to wait for 10 minutes, which I initially didn’t mind. However, after that time passed, he returned only to ask me to wait another 10 minutes, laughing as if it were a joke. What made the experience worse was that I felt singled out and unwelcome as a North Indian guest. Good hospitality is the heart of any restaurant, and no customer should feel uncomfortable while dining out. The food might be good, but when the service makes you feel disrespected, it overshadows everything else. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously in the future.
