**Review of Salt and Pepper Kitchen, Airoli** I ordered a Chicken Tandoori parcel from Salt and Pepper Kitchen today, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The Tandoori was extremely hard to eat and tasted as if it had been sitting around for two days—it was definitely not fresh. When I approached the person at the counter to express my concern, instead of acknowledging the issue, he started arguing with me. I even offered him the uneaten parcel for him to try, but it was disheartening to receive such poor customer service. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves both their food quality and staff traing.
