Salt Pan Restaurant and Bar has a lively and welcoming vibe with soft music, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. Since the indoor AC seating was full, I chose the rooftop section, which was equally pleasing with a pleasant breeze and nice views. Service was quick even at full capacity, which was impressive. The appetizers Masala Chicken Strips and Cilantro Spiced Chicken were delicious, while the Murgh Mussalam with Butter Naan and Tandoori Roti made for a hearty and satisfying main course. The Jalebi Caviar with Saffron Rabdi was a creative and flavorful dessert to end the meal. The only downsides were the untidy washroom and slightly dim lighting. Plenty of parking is also available, making it convenient for visitors. Overall, a memorable dining experience with great food and ambience.
