#Unsafe for youngsters# After seeing the interviews of RR Briyani owner who started his life journey from a roadside stall to this height , i went to the RR Briyani Restaurant opposite to New bus stand Salem and had a worst experience . Let me share this and take a minute to read this. Yesterday i visited the RR Briyani New Bus stand branch and the servers were very rude and they don’t have any hospitality in handling the customers. Very poor service. The food servers will treat you as if you come for free food. When i express my grievence to the store manager for a solution but the store manager is very biased and created a fight with the support of the restaurant servers. They kept on arguing and they don’t know the value of costumers. Without a base they are arguing and triggered me to a fit of rage and started threatening but i faced them bravely because i knew i am right and they are wrong. The restaurant is having this as a routine of fighting with those who dine there. Especially the food servers are not having basic hospitality services. They are all rugged and ill-mannered. Especially the female server behave like witches. I don’t know why they are arguing and triggering the customers for a fight . After creating a fight the restaurant workers came together and started to watching the fight. Basically i am a calm person but the restaurant server and manager triggered me and then i started to fight for myself. Then i realised i should raise a police compliant against the restaurant with the support of CCTV coverage and my dining bill. I raised a call to the customer service of RR Briyani and they connected to the MD but he was busy and asked me to visit the restaurant to get the apologies from the misbehaved server Dhanalakshmi and the unfit restaurant manager Murali. The MD realized the rugged behaviours of the restaurant server and manager. The restaurant is getting a lot of money but they are giving poor service. The restaurant should recruit hotel management qualified servers but in RR Briyani i have seen no such servers. I had a bad experience and i never visit any RR Briyani in future. RR Briyani Salem is unsafe for Youngsters Couples Newly married . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Why did you say RR biryani and bought 300 parcels of tandoori biryani and went home and divided it into chapta, clean and not good, but tandoori curry was rotten, then it was in the can, it was sweet, I think it was not good, then the gravy was also not good, the whole Salem RR biryani was dark. In this they ask for star for other food
