I was excited for the Salado Company interview after positive feedback on my designs over two days. But the scheduled interview never happened, and I've received zero follow-up or closure—complete radio silence. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates' time and effort. Even if my designs weren't up to par, a simple reply would have sufficed. Improve your communication urgently to avoid wasting talent.
