It's a great place for food variety and also it has a great atmosphere. It provide us with wide level of customer service. Infact the food pricing is high the food's quality is also high. Such a beautiful place and clean environment. It's cleanliness is unrejectable. I always usually visit this place occasionally. This place can give you a positive energy and the people are incredible but the place is also highly noisy so it's not a good place to chat but great for silent meals. Therefore it's great place I recommend you to dine with your family and friends. Very disappointed with my experience at Al Saj Hotels, Kazhakoottam. The food was overpriced and not satisfying, especially the prawn roast. On top of that, the customer service was poor compared to other restaurants. Overall, not worth the price. Service: 1

Had a below standard meal with stale fish fry soaked in oil. The coconut chutney was made with expired coconut. I make better at home. The restrooms were dirty, wet and stinky. You have to hold your breath while inside. If they can keep their dining area neat and clean, why give no importance at all to the restrooms. Remember, people drop in here on their travel... Disgusting!!
