In this hotel, dining inside is good, the food tastes nice. The real problem is with takeaway. When we buy parcels, the food is either spoiled or something is always missing. If we ask, they simply say “Next time we will give.” Every time they repeat the same excuse. Today I ordered a veg meal and two items were spoiled. When I complained, they casually said “Next time we will give.” This is very disappointing and unprofessional. Very worst hotel
