I understand why you feel that way sir.. if u check timelime of ur order ... ur order placed time is 8:00 pm. delivery partner arrived 8:14 pm then after they arrived we done ur order in just 5 min.8:19 pm they picked up order. and delivered u at 8:30 pm... we allways wraps shawarma in foil paper for keep them hot... sometimes delivery partner dont use hot bag....
