I recently dined at Saico Mazali family restaurant located on Bengaluru - Honnavar Road, Tumkur. This restaurant offers a variety of South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items, including Kerala cuisine. While the prices of the food were average, I found the service to be below par and the taste of the food to be average. Starting with the service, I was disappointed by the overall experience. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. It took quite some time to get their attention, and even then, they appeared uninterested in providing quality service.
